Festive, Delicious and Fun to make! Learn the art and finesse in creating these amazing Spanish Paella dishes! Paella Marinara (w/ saffron, calamari, shrimp, and mussels), Paella con Pollo y Linguiça (chicken, saffron, peppers and linguiça sausage) and Paella Vegetariana (vegetarian w/ artichokes, tomatoes, fava beans, zucchini, olives). All made with authentic Paella Rice/ Arroz de Valencia. Also included: Complimentary Kir Royale Cocktails-Sparkling Cava or Prosecco Kir Royale w/ Crème de Cassis

Learn to make fresh, scratch made egg pasta dough, rolled out into sheets, and fashioned into stuffed, handcrafted ravioli as well as mountains of fresh cut fettuccine, all with a combination of savory sauces: Fettuccine with Basil-Arugula-Spinach-Almond Pesto (Fresh cut, homemade egg fettuccine with basil-arugula-spinach-garlic-almond pesto)

An essential for home cooks, chefs, novices, and culinary wizards alike. Learn to hone, sharpen, position, slice, dice, chiffonade, mince, and julienne just like a pro! Plus, a whole chicken breakdown demonstration at the end of class. Also included, free noshes, such as delicious veggie and cheese flatbreads and our class made mushroom, and tomato-basil. bruschetta!

Master the artistry and sublime elegance in creating these amazing, light and airy sweet and savory soufflés! These mouthwatering delicious soufflés are fun and easy to make once you know the techniques and tricks of the trade! Soufflé Tomate Basilic (Tomato-Basil and Cheddar Cheese Souffle) Grand Marnier Soufflés (Light and airy soufflés with orange-cognac liqueur) Soufflé au Fromage avec Herbes (Gruyère cheese-fines herbes soufflés) and Bittersweet Chocolate Soufflés with Crème Anglaise... We'll make them all!
